The Building PeoplePosition Summary The Building People, LLC seeks a Central Shipping and Receiving Lead to manage receiving, shipping, and purchase-cost analysis functions supporting the AFRL Materials and Manufacturing Directorate (RX). Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee Central Shipping and Receiving operations, including inbound and outbound shipments and package security. Perform purchase request cost analysis, verifying costs using RSMeans. Coordinate with the COR and Contract Manager on procurement approvals and cost Required Qualifications At least 5 years of experience managing and overseeing Central Shipping and Receiving operations. At least 5 years of experience in purchase request cost analysis, including verifying costs in RSMeans. Certifications & Screening Ability to obtain a favorable NACI or Tier 1 background investigation and CAC. Preferred Qualifications Forklift operator certification. Salary offered will be commensurate with the candidate's experience, qualifications, and certifications. Our positions may require a background screening and clearance directly from the Government.
