Shipping, Receiving, & Invoicing

Overview Growing manufacturer of high quality custom-printed and die-cut components for equipment and devices seeks a Shipping, Receiving, and Invoicing Technician. In this vital role, you will be the backbone of our production operations, ensuring seamless management of shipments, accurate receiving of deliveries, and timely invoicing. You will help drive efficiency and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in warehouse management systems and manufacturing. Duties Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving processes, including load and unload operations using forklifts when neccessary to ensure safe handling of goods. Prepare, pack, and label orders with precision, ensuring proper packaging for shipments in compliance with trade and customs regulations. Perform data entry related to shipments, and invoicing with attention to detail using management software. Verify order accuracy through picking & packing procedures. Collaborate with logistics providers to schedule shipments, track deliveries, and resolve any shipping logistics issues promptly. Maintain detailed records of inbound/outbound shipments, and invoicing documentation for audit readiness and reporting purposes. Preferred Qualifications 2+ years experience in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Previous shipping, receiving, and invoicing experience. Ability to interpret shipping specifications.
