Perform regular cycle counts, and investigate and resolve variances to maintain 99% inventory accuracy. Pick and kit materials for production work orders in line with the build schedule. Monitor stock levels and replenishment signals (e.g., KANBAN), and alert Purchasing to low stock or shortages. Flag slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock for review. System And Site Management: Complete accurate, timely ERP transactions (receipts, issues, transfers, adjustments, and shipments) to protect data integrity. Work closely with Production, Purchasing, Engineering, and Customer Service to support material availability and on-time delivery. Keep the shipping, receiving, and stockroom areas safe, following proper material handling practices, including pallet jack or forklift use as applicable. Contribute ideas for continuous improvement in shipping, receiving, and stockroom processes (e.g., 5S, lean).
