Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Clerk

Job Summary Auxin Solar Inc., a solar panel manufacturing company located in San Jose, California, is seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping, Receiving & Inventory Control Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting daily warehouse and manufacturing operations. Duties Receive incoming materials, verify quantities, and inspect shipments for accuracy and damage. Prepare shipping documents, packing lists, delivery receipts, and other warehouse paperwork. Coordinate with trucking companies, freight carriers, suppliers, and customers for pickups and deliveries. Maintain accurate inventory records for raw materials, components, and finished solar panels. Track inventory movement between the warehouse and production departments. Perform regular physical inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies. Update inventory information in Excel and the company's inventory management system. Organize warehouse materials and ensure proper labeling and storage. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies to management. Assist with loading and unloading shipments as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Perform other warehouse and administrative duties as assigned. Skills Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory control preferred. Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks. Good communication skills and ability to work with different departments. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus. Ability to perform the physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
