Job Description Key Responsibilities Perform daily inventory cycle counts. Safe handling of spare parts and materials. Pull, pack, and ship spare parts for customer sales orders. Process both domestic and international parcel shipments through FedEx. Prepare LTL shipments for customer sales orders. Complete our 6-point check which includes confirming shipping address, shipping method, and packing list is correct on each shipment. Perform customer sales order-related transactions in SAP. Perform receiving transactions in SAP. Good housekeeping of the parts area. Proper disposal of incoming cardboard, pallets, crates, and other packing material. Pay: $24.00 Shift: Morning. Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 am to 3 pm. Qualifications 2+ years of warehouse experience (order fulfillment, shipping and receiving). Inventory control and cycle counting experience preferred. Knowledge and experience with inventory management systems software (specifically SAP) preferred. Forklift experience preferred. Knowledge and experience with parcel delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). Knowledge and experience with freight forwarder companies (FedEx Freight, TForce Freight, Dayton Freight, etc). Organized and detail oriented with the capability of performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. Ability and understanding of prioritization based on business goals and customer needs. Ability to frequently work independently. A positive and friendly attitude and willing to go above and beyond on a daily basis. Punctual and dependable.
