Shipping/Receiving/Inventory
Neutronix QuintelOverview As a Shipping/Receiving/Inventory team member, you’ll keep products moving accurately through warehouse operations. You’ll receive, inspect, stock, pick, pack, and ship orders while maintaining reliable inventory records. Your impact: Accurate receiving and order fulfillment help customers and warehouse teams get the right products where they need to be. Responsibilities Process shipping and receiving, load and unload deliveries, and verify items against documentation. Use a warehouse management system, inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, materials requirements planning (MRP) tools to enter transactions and track stock. Perform inventory management, stocking, order picking, picking and packing, and packaging; operate an order picker, forklift, or pallet jack when authorized. Support warehouse distribution and shipping logistics, following trade compliance requirements and applicable international trade regulations. Respond to customer service requests and coordinate with colleagues to resolve order or inventory discrepancies. Skills Essential: Basic math, accurate data entry, attention to detail, and clear communication. Essential: Familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to follow warehouse procedures and shipping documentation. Preferred: Warehouse experience in warehouse operations, logistics, shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, or inventory management. Preferred: Experience with a warehouse management system, inventory management software, ERP systems. Preferred: Experience operating a forklift, order picker, or pallet jack; required authorization must be in place before operating equipment.
