Position Responsibilities Ship, receive and record the movement of parts, supplies, materials, equipment and stock to and from establishment. International shipments. Essential Functions Primary Assure product is shipped daily according to pick tickets. Assist with Dock Audits as needed. Unload/load trucks as they arrive. Analyze daily material requirements and submit request to distribution center Prepare necessary paperwork to accompany shipments Adherence to ISO [Quality and Environmental] procedures, policies and work instructions Keep shipping / receiving area neat and organized Coordinate with Distribution Center for intercompany deliveries and shipments. Receive in all material/items per written procedures. SECONDARY: Run occasional errands for plant Assist on the floor if time allows Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience EDUCATION: High School Diploma or equivalent. EXPERIENCE: Previous shipping/receiving experience preferred Must be detail oriented and possess good math and computer skills Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Must have Hi-lo experience Must have a good attendance record and excellent driving record. Work Environment Manufacturing Physical Demands Must be able to lift 30 - 50 pounds.
