Freshly FoodsJob Summary As a Shipping & Receiving Forklift Operator, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by safely handling incoming and outgoing goods. You’ll use a forklift and other material-handling equipment to receive, stock, pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. Duties Load and unload freight; verify shipments, inspect goods, and report discrepancies. Operate a forklift, pallet jack, order picker, and radio-frequency (RF) scanner to move, stock, and retrieve products safely. Pick, pack, label, and stage orders for shipping, including e-commerce orders. Support shipping logistics, warehouse distribution, and trade compliance by following international trade regulations and required procedures; provide responsive customer service. Experience Warehouse experience in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, inventory management, order picking, or picking and packing is helpful. Basic math and accurate data entry skills are important for checking quantities and maintaining records. Ability to safely operate a forklift is required; experience with a pallet jack, order picker, and RF scanner is an advantage. Attention to detail, dependable teamwork, and a focus on safe, accurate order fulfillment are essential.
