Shipping & Receiving - Forklift

Role Summary We are seeking a dedicated Shipping & Receiving - Forklift Operator to support our operations in Milwaukee and Oak Creek. You will be instrumental in managing the efficient movement of inventory, making this an ideal position for someone who prioritizes precision, maintains high safety standards, and thrives in an active warehouse setting. Core Duties Utilize forklifts and related machinery to transport materials with speed and precision. Process incoming deliveries by checking for damages and confirming accuracy against official purchase documentation. Facilitate the preparation of outbound orders through careful packing and labeling to ensure all shipping standards are met. Support the maintenance of precise stock levels by participating in regular inventory audits. Work alongside colleagues to enhance operational efficiency and streamline daily tasks. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by strictly following all established safety guidelines and corporate procedures. Requirements Completion of high school or an equivalent educational background is preferred. Possession of a current forklift license and proven history of operating such equipment within a warehouse. Demonstrated ability to focus on fine details and execute complex instructions without error. Capacity to handle heavy lifting and engage in physically demanding tasks as necessary. Strong interpersonal abilities to foster effective communication and collaboration within the team. Fundamental digital literacy for managing shipping paperwork and tracking inventory systems.
