Description: Parts Fulfillment Coordinator Schedule: Mon–Fri | 7:00–3:30 or 8:00–4:30 Pay: $17–$18/hour DOE Position Summary Responsible for accurately and efficiently processing, picking, staging, and shipping spare parts and components. Coordinates with warehouse, manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time. Key Responsibilities Process and track spare parts orders and kits. Monitor inventory, assist with replenishment and cycle counts. Pick, stage, verify, and perform basic parts assembly using BOMs and technical documents. Prepare shipments, labels, and required documentation. Resolve order or inventory discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Communicate across departments to prevent delays. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 2–4 years of warehouse, parts, or supply chain experience, preferably in manufacturing. Experience with inventory management systems. Ability to read BOMs, technical guides, and assembly instructions. Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and operate a manual pallet jack. Forklift certification is a plus.
