We have a passion for producing the best refractory products on the market and are seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit and heart for "Doing it Right." Shipping, receiving and general labor job Responsibilities: Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to load and unload materials Record and enter data into ERP operating system Operate ovens and kilns to dry and fire product Prepare and finish/package product for final shipping Asemble molds, mix refractory and finish small shapes Assist with the mixing of refractory ingredients Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Must have great attention to detail Ability to life 50 lbs. consistently throughout shift Must pass a post-offer drug screen and physical prior to employment High school diploma or equivalent required Benefits: Competitive pay with merit-based increases Comprehensive health, dental, life and vision insurance Career advancement opportunities in a growing company Supportive, team-orientated work environment Paid time off and retirement plan options This is a Monday-Friday, day shift position with some overtime available on Saturdays.
