About This
Role
Every position at Common Citizen from seed to sale, is contributing to our mission to serve our fellow citizens of Michigan with the highest quality, safest cannabis product through our highly individualized and education-oriented provisioning centers. The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator owns the inbound and outbound flow at our Jackson facility every shift. This includes receiving and verifying every incoming shipment, staging and verifying every outgoing shipment, keeping packaging and raw materials in their assigned locations, supporting inventory counts, and closing each shift with a daily reconciliation report.
This role runs on standard work: the same sequence every shift, with every mismatch stopped, held, and escalated rather than worked around. Responsibilities
