Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-1pm
Employment Type: Temporary possibly to Permanent
Responsibilities
• Oversee the unloading of incoming shipments and verify the accuracy of received items against purchase orders.
• Utilize warehouse management systems such as to track inventory levels and manage stock.
• Coordinate with shipping and receiving teams to ensure timely processing of all incoming packages.
• Maintain accurate records of received goods, including quantities, conditions, and any discrepancies.
• Verify stock availability in ERP system.
• Prepare reports as needed
• Liaise between Customer Service and Production to ensure shipping deadlines are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
• Complete shipping documentation
• Prepare Bill of Lading
• Perform other duties as assigned
Experience
• Previous experience in similar role
• Strong MS Office skills
• Experience working on ERP system
• Experience working with a pick list
• Previous experience in warehouse distribution or a similar role is preferred.
• Proficiency in using warehouse management software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately under pressure.
