About TXI Terrestrial X Inc. is an advanced manufacturing and precision metal fabrication company. We hold AS9100, ISO 9001, and Controlled Goods Program certifications, and we supply customers in aerospace, defence, energy, and industry. What leaves our dock has to be right, every time. The Role You will own every shipment that comes into or leaves our facility. That means tracking, organizing, verifying, packaging, and recording all inbound and outbound material so nothing is lost, mislabeled, damaged, or undocumented. This is a critical position, not a background one. What You’ll Do Receive incoming material, parts, and supplies, and check quantities, part numbers, and condition against POs and packing slips Inspect and verify certifications, mill test reports, and paperwork before material goes into inventory Package outbound orders correctly and securely for the part, customer, and carrier Prepare shipping documents, labels, bills of lading, and customs or export paperwork as required Record every transaction accurately in our tracking system and keep records audit-ready to AS9100 and ISO 9001 standards Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and the shop floor on schedules and pickups Keep the shipping and receiving area clean, organized, and safe Flag discrepancies, damage, or missing items immediately and see them through to resolution Handle controlled goods in accordance with CGP requirements Who You Are Organized: You have a system and you use it. Anyone could walk in and find what they need. Reliable: You show up on time, every time, and people can count on your work. Detail-obsessed: You check twice and catch errors before they become problems. A team player: You help where you’re needed, even when it’s outside your job description. Motivated and curious: You ask questions, want to understand how things work, and look for ways to do them better. Accountability You own the outcome in this role. If a shipment is missed, mislabeled, or undocumented, it is your responsibility to catch it, fix it, and keep it from happening again. The position carries real responsibility, and it depends on consistent performance. Don’t apply if you’re looking for an easy role. This job is demanding and it matters. If you take pride in getting things right and want to be the person others rely on, we want to hear from you.
