Key Responsibilities
The Associate must:
• Performallassignedshipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties
• Process Plant Warehouse production releasesand support daily shipping and receiving operations
• Coordinate andmaintainthereceiving schedulein partnership with the Scheduling Warehouse Supervisor
• SupportABC Recycling, Zero Landfill, and environmental complianceactivities
• Order,monitor, andmaintainpallets, end boards, and shipping/wrapping supplies
• ProcessFedEx shipments, MRO requisitions, and complete system transactions usingInfolink
• Perform andassistwithcycle countsto support inventory accuracy
• Have general working knowledge ofMicrosoft Office applications
• Successfully complete requiredforklift training,licensingandForklift Train-the-Trainer certification; safelyoperatematerial handling equipment andsupportforklifttraining initiatives
• Maintain accurate electronic and paperfiles, records, and administrative documentationfor the Shipping Department
• Maintainflexible work availability, including providing coverage and working overtime, nights, and weekends asrequired
• Cross-trainandprovide operationalsupporttoDigital Plant Shipping/ReceivingDepartment asbusiness needs require
• Must be willing to traindesignatedassociate to serve as backup in this role
• Mustunderstand anduse theTransportation Management System
• Demonstratestrong organizationaland time managementskills toeffectivelyprioritize workload,meet establisheddeadlines, and consider others workload
• Maintain aclean, organized,and orderly workspaceto ensure information, documents, and materials can be easily accessed by others during periods of absence.

• Activelyparticipateon thePlant Food Safety Team andfollow food safety policies, procedures, andexercisebest practicesin all daily work activities
• Be willing tocross-trainto provide functional coverage and support for Production area operations as business needs require.
