NOW HIRING: Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Inventory Assistant Ice Suppz LLC Ice Suppz LLC is looking for a dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk / Inventory Assistant to join our team! The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with UPS shipping systems, enjoys staying organized, and can help ensure orders are shipped accurately and inventory is properly maintained. Job Responsibilities Prepare, process, and ship outgoing orders using UPS shipping systems. Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and purchase orders. Print shipping labels, track packages, and resolve shipping discrepancies. Assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and inventory record maintenance. Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or discrepancies. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe shipping and receiving area. Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. Qualifications Previous UPS shipping experience is a MUST. Experience with shipping, receiving, and inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable, punctual, and able to manage multiple tasks. Ability to lift and move packages and inventory as required.
