Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Overview Small family run business looking for part time help with warehouse/ shipping & receiving. Ideal hours would be 11:00am to 4:00pm for 4-5 days a week. We are flexible on hours to help accommodate the right candidate. Warehouse is typically kept well organized and always at 66-72 degrees with low humidity. Responsibilities Receive incoming shipments by unloading UPS trucks, checking parts into system with RF scanners. Prepare outgoing shipments by picking and packing using RF scanners Use basic math skills to calculate weights, dimensions, and quantities for shipping documentation. Maintain organized storage areas for efficient order picking and ensure all shipments meet quality standards before dispatching. Qualifications Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in shipping & receiving processes. Proficiency with warehouse management systems/ RF scanners Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards. Excellent organizational skills with a focus on accuracy in stocking, order picking, and shipment preparation. Must be able to lift upto 50 pounds and be on your feet for duration of your shift. Pay: From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 – 28.0 per week Experience: Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: In person
