Shipping/Receiving Clerk

NOW HIRING: SHIPPING & RECEIVING COORDINATOR Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing environment? We're looking for a dependable professional to help keep materials moving efficiently while maintaining accuracy, traceability, and quality standards. Location: Montebello, CA Shift: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM WHAT YOU'LL DO Receive incoming raw materials, customer-owned materials, and vendor shipments Verify shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, and customer documentation Inspect deliveries for accuracy and damage Maintain heat numbers, certifications, and material traceability records Label and stage materials for production Report damaged or incorrect shipments Prepare customer orders for shipment Verify quantities, packaging, dimensions, and shipping documentation Ensure certifications and inspection reports accompany orders Package materials to prevent transportation damage Maintain accurate shipping records Maintain inventory locations and identification systems Move materials safely throughout the facility Assist production with material staging and transfers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse #nowhiring QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 2 years of Shipping & Receiving experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Bilingual English/Spanish Required Experience reading packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents Strong organizational and multitasking skills Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Excel
