Shipping & Receiving Clerk and Warehouse Utility: duties and responsibilities: 1. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk is responsible for shipping, receiving, returns, carrier relations, product management and customer service. 2. Assumes prompt, accurate, and systematic handling of finished goods and raw material orders while providing outstanding customer service. 3. Accurately handle all transactions and documentation related to material certifications which in many cases are legal documents and logistics. 4. Record and manage databases for all transactional shipments. 5. Can use forklift to load and unload the trucks. 6. Complete the bill of lading for drivers and get the proper signatures. Warehouse Utility: A utility worker is a professional in maintenance who is responsible for cleaning and performing basic maintenance on buildings and properties. 1. Perform cleaning tasks such as equipment organization and sweeping floors. 2. Handle and dispose of waste according to company policies and procedures. 3. Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition. 4. Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a clean and safe environment. 5. Other duties assigned by the company.
