Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Apply today. · Salary/Pay: $19/hr and up depending on experience · Hours: Day shift, Monday – Friday · On-site: Tempe AZ 85284 · Supplement Logistics offers a benefit package including Medical, Dental, Vision, matching 401(k), Life Insurance, employee discounts, PTO and more. · Must reside in the Phoenix Metro Valley with the ability to reliably commute to Tempe, AZ 85284 · Pre-employment background check mandatory Responsibilities: Responsible for all aspects of warehouse duties with an emphasis on completing required documentation and data entry. Duties · Complete all documentation for shipping, receiving, inspections and storage location. · Communicate with other departments and management as needed · Safely and efficiently operate a forklift and pallet jack · Receive and Stage deliveries into Warehouse. · Receive and stage all inbound supply orders accordingly. · File and escalate the completion of freight claims. · Inspection of Pallet and Contents on Inbound deliveries. · Inspect and Sign off Forklift daily. · Deliver and stage production materials as needed. · Execute projects as required. · Manual Wrap and Tagging of Pallets and Drums. · Stage all inbound orders accordingly. (Department Specific) · Clean and Organize Warehouse areas. · Complete other duties as assigned. Skills and Qualifications: · Proficient with Excel, Word, Google Sheets and Gmail with the ability to complete all required documentation accurately and timely. (required) · Advanced verbal and written communication skills, highly organized, detail oriented with the ability to multitask. · Valid Driver’s license, valid motor vehicle insurance, and clean driving record. (required) · Minimum 1 year shipping/receiving experience. · Previous forklift experience required. (required) · Ability to: be active for 8hrs a day in a fast-paced environment, (required) to lift, push/pull and move up to 65lbs. (required) to sit and/or stand for up to 8 hours a day, (required) to stoop, bend or reach as necessary.
