Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Summary : Select Airparts is looking to add a detail-oriented individual to our Shipping & Receiving team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who enjoys working on independent projects while also collaborating as part of a small team. Attention to small details and the ability to efficiently switch between tasks is essential. Duties : Identify aircraft parts and process them into inventory Locate and pull parts to fill customer orders Work closely with the sales team to ensure orders are correct and complete Pack and ship orders via FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS, and Motor Freight Qualifications (Required) : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with data entry or typing Experience using Windows PCs Ability to lift 20 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds on occasion Helpful Skills : Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Use of basic hand tools (wrenches, drills, pliers, etc) Automotive or Aviation knowledge Forklift Experience Schedule : Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Opportunities for overtime NOTE : This is a warehouse position. In the summer it gets very hot and in the winter it gets very cold. This position requires you to be on your feet and moving around for long stretches every day and requires the use of stairs. Parts being processed into inventory often arrive dirty and/or greasy.
