Dealership: L0127 Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage Lithia Hyundai of Anchorage Hiring: Shipping/Receiving Clerk Pay: $19.00 - $20.00 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm. We ask that you have open availability to support dealership operations and customer demand. You will need to be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. What You'll Do Keep parts moving by unloading and checking incoming shipments so everything arrives in great condition. Organize and stock inventory so the right parts are easy to find when the team needs them. Pull and prepare parts orders for technicians, customers, and deliveries. Deliver parts while providing helpful service to customers and partners. Track deliveries, returns, credits, and transfers to help keep everything running smoothly. Help with inventory counts and help maintain accurate stock levels throughout the year. Resolve issues quickly by communicating any shortages, damaged items, or discrepancies. Safely operate company vehicles when making deliveries. Help keep the parts and storage areas clean, organized, and ready for success. Partner with the Parts, Service, and Collision Center teams to support repairs and deliver an outstanding customer experience. What You'll Bring 6 months + experience in a warehouse, parts department, shipping/receiving role, or a similar environment. Experience staying organized and keeping things running smoothly. Deliver parts. Adapt as the day changes. A team-oriented mindset. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
