Shipping/Receiving Clerk

At Custom Fabricating & Supplies, every shipment matters. We're looking for a Shipping/Receiving Clerk who values accuracy, organization, and teamwork to help ensure materials and customer orders move efficiently through our facility. Schedule: Monday-Friday | 9:00am-6:00pm What You'll Do: Prepare, package, and ship customer orders accurately and on time Verify orders, quantities, and shipping information before shipment Receive, unload, and inspect incoming materials and products Match incoming shipments to packing slips and document discrepancies Move materials to proper warehouse locations and maintain inventory organization Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other material-handling equipment Work closely with Operations and Production teams to support customer delivery timelines Process shipping documents and coordinate shipments through UPS, FedEx, LTL carriers, and other transportation providers Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company quality procedures and warehouse best practices What We're Looking For: High school diploma or equivalent Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Basic computer and math skills Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping, or receiving environments preferred Forklift or powered industrial equipment experience preferred Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team This role offers steady hours, a collaborative work environment, and the opportunity to play an important role in supporting our customers, production team, and daily operations.
