Shipping & Receiving Clerk – 2nd Shift

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Bilingual Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join a fast-paced distribution facility in Jurupa Valley, CA. In this role, you will handle daily shipping and receiving documentation, process driver check-ins, update inventory systems, and support warehouse operations with accurate data entry.

ck in/out shipping and delivery drivers, verify shipping documents, and assist drivers at the window.
• Documentation & Data Entry: Accurately process Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, receiving logs, and shipping manifests.
• Inventory Control: Update inventory records and warehouse software with inbound and outbound order details.
• Operational Communication: Maintain clear daily communication with warehouse supervisors, floor staff, and logistics drivers to ensure smooth workflow.
• Administrative Support: Perform general clerical tasks, audit paperwork for discrepancies, and maintain organized files.
Requirements:
• Bilingual Required: Must be fully fluent in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
• Experience: Prior warehouse clerk, shipping/receiving, or administrative experience preferred.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer literacy (MS Office, data entry, and WMS/inventory software experience).
• Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependability: Excellent attendance and punctual arrival for scheduled shifts.
Schedule & Pay:
• Pay Rate: $22.00-23.00 / HR
• Location: Jurupa Valley, CA
• Shift: 2nd Shift | Monday – Friday | 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
