Work Schedule and Pay: $22.89 1st shift: Monday thru Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM Must also be available to work Saturdays as needed. Major Responsibilities: Control the flow of work within the facility to meet receiving and shipping departure times while maintaining accuracy and KPI commitments Requirement for customer service acumen as the position is customer facing Experience with daily scheduling of loads preferred Must be able to multi-task in a high paced environment while being detail oriented Must be able to prioritize and adjust to immediate workload requirements Assist with daily/weekly operational reports Ability to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities Work as a member of a team, accomplish team goals and meet warehouse metrics Other projects and tasks assigned by supervisor Qualifications: Experience in warehouse inventory wire and cable is preferred Experience in Warehouse is preferred but not mandatory Knowledge in electrical components is a plus but not mandatory High school diploma or equivalent preferred Proficient reading skills and ability to follow directions required Ability to work independently, customer service, dealing with others, multi-tasking skills, organizational skills, flexible, excellent with numbers and time management skills required Flexible to work overtime preferred Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions required Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specific location required Complete a Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required.
