We're looking for an experienced, dependable, and motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team.
We want someone who takes pride in their work, stays organized, pays attention to details, and enjoys being part of a hardworking team.
Responsibilities
• Receive incoming shipments of apparel, supplies, and production materials.
• Verify incoming orders against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Check garment quantities, sizes, colors, and styles for accuracy.
• Identify and communicate shortages, discrepancies, or damaged merchandise.
• Organize and stage garments for screen printing, embroidery, and heat press production.
• Maintain an organized and efficient receiving and inventory area.
• Update job statuses and receiving information in our Printavo production management system.
• Communicate with production team members regarding incoming orders and materials.
• Assist with occasional packing, boxing, and shipping of completed orders.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.
• Be flexible and willing to assist other departments when needed.
Experience & Qualifications
Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience is strongly preferred.
We're especially interested in candidates who have experience with:
• Receiving and checking incoming merchandise
• Inventory organization and management
• Verifying purchase orders and packing slips
• Identifying inventory discrepancies
• Working in a fast-paced warehouse or production environment
• Basic computer systems and inventory software
Additional qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently while also being a team player
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge required
• Willingness to learn new systems and procedures
• Screen printing, embroidery, or apparel industry experience is a plus
Training on our Printavo production management system will be provided.
