y service center operations by coordinating shipments, processing work orders, managing customer requests, and ensuring the timely movement of equipment and materials. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your logistics, customer service, and operational support skills in a dynamic environment.
• Pay Rate: $22-$25/hour (depending on experience)
• Location: Mississauga, ON
• Shift: Monday to Friday | Start time between 7AM and 8 AM | 8 hours per day

Responsibilities:
Shipping, Receiving & Logistics
• Coordinate daily pickups and deliveries within the local area.
• Pack equipment according to established standards to ensure safe transport.
• Process daily shipping and receiving activities using FedEx and UPS systems.
• Handle shipments ranging from small parcels to freight-sized packages.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and packaging equipment as required.
• Maintain organized shipping records and documentation.
Service Center & Administrative Support
• Open and manage work orders.
• Monitor, update, and follow up on open service requests.
• Coordinate with service centers to track and expedite customer orders and calibrations.
• Maintain electronic files and operational records.
• Manage packaging supply inventory and place replenishment orders as needed.
Customer Service & Operations
• Provide timely support for customer and operational requests.
• Respond to inquiries and communicate shipment or order status updates.
• Participate in team meetings and escalate issues when required.
• Support additional service center and logistics activities as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, shipping and receiving, logistics, warehouse operations, or material handling.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• Flexible to work occasional overtime when required.
• Experience handling customer inquiries by phone and email.
• Previous data entry experience.
• Experience using FedEx, UPS, CRM systems, or logistics tracking software.
• Experience coordinating shipments and scheduling freight pickups.
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience is considered an asset.
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
