Shipping & Receiving Associate

If you’ve got an eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and love being around motorcycles, we want you on our team! Woodstock Harley-Davidson is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Associate to help keep our parts, accessories, and merchandise moving efficiently through the dealership. About the Role As part of our Parts Department, you’ll handle incoming and outgoing shipments, ensure accurate inventory counts, and keep our storage areas organized and stocked. You’ll play a key behind-the-scenes role that keeps our Service, Sales, and Retail teams running smoothly. Key Responsibilities · Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy and damage · Organize and stock parts, accessories, and apparel in designated storage areas · Prepare and ship outgoing orders promptly and accurately · Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shipping/receiving and inventory areas · Assist with inventory counts and cycle checks · Communicate with Parts and Service teams regarding backorders or discrepancies · Operate a forklift or pallet jack safely (training provided if needed) · Ensure paperwork and digital records are completed accurately and on time What We’re Looking For · Strong attention to detail and organization skills · Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently · Basic computer literacy (experience with dealer management systems a plus) · Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand for extended periods · Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience preferred · A team player with a positive attitude—and bonus points if you love motorcycles!
