Shipping & Receiving Associate – LSC Performance, Inc. Pay: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Overtime: Available LSC Performance, Inc. is looking for a dependable, hands-on Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our team. If you’re organized, take pride in getting the details right, and enjoy working with performance parts, we’d like to hear from you. What You’ll Do Receive incoming shipments, check them against packing slips and purchase orders, and report any damage or discrepancies Unload, sort, label, and put away inventory in the correct locations Pick, pack, and prepare outgoing orders accurately and on time Work with carriers such as UPS and LTL freight companies Keep inventory records up to date Safely operate a forklift to load, unload, and move palletized freight Install ring gears and assist with other light assembly work Keep the warehouse and shipping area clean, organized, and safe Help out with other miscellaneous tasks as needed What We’re Looking For Previous shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred Forklift experience required or willingness to become certified Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Basic computer skills for shipping software and inventory tracking Why Join Us Established company of nearly 50 years Competitive hourly pay Steady full-time schedule with weekends off Overtime opportunities Hands-on work in the performance automotive industry At LSC Performance, every role makes a real difference.
