Shipping & Receiving Associate

Schedule Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM plus OT What You'll Do Operate a forklift and move materials throughout the facility Receive, verify, and organize incoming shipments Load outbound shipments accurately and on time Use scanners and inventory systems to track materials Keep production supplied with materials and components Communicate with truck drivers and teammates Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse and dock area Occasionally assist production during low warehouse volume or critical production needs What We're Looking For Shipping & receiving, warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience Forklift experience preferred Valid driver's license required Basic computer skills Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong communication skills Willingness to learn and support different areas of the operation Why Ventura?
