Shipping & Receiving Associate

Job Functions: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, picking and packaging parts for shipment and/or placing them in stockroom Ensure accurate inventory transactions and timely order fulfillment Processing deliveries Filing 40% Clerical / 60% Manual Prepare certification documents for shipment to customers Responsible for the permanent application of part identification for tractability purposes. Inspect all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects. Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks or other material handling equipment Conduct cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits as needed. Performs other related duties as assigned for the purpose of ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit and Harlow Aerostructures LLC
