Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse Manager

F3 Metalworx, Inc. is a contract manufacturer providing custom fabrication and coating services. From our North East, PA (16428) headquarters, this role supports safe, accurate, and on-time material flow between our North East and Erie facilities while also ensuring finished products are delivered on-time, every time. We are seeking an organized, hands-on Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse Manager to lead shipping, receiving, warehouse, and transportation activities while building a culture of safety, accountability, and teamwork. The ideal candidate has at least three years of leadership experience in warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or logistics within a manufacturing environment and can effectively coordinate people, inventory, documentation, interfacility material flow, and customer delivery priorities. Lead, train, and coach employees; assign priorities; maintain organized work areas; and enforce OSHA, DOT, FMCSA, and company safety standards. Verify loads, packaging, labels, counts, bills of lading, and shipping records while coordinating material flow with production and purchasing. The Shipping/Receiving and Warehouse Manager reports to the VP of Operations and works closely with leaders across both facilities.
