About Isembard Isembard is building a network of high-performance factories for critical industries. We combine advanced machine tools, robotics and our own software, MasonOS, to make precision components for aerospace, defense, energy and frontier technology companies, with factories across the US, UK, Germany and France. Our mission is to forge industrial acceleration. The role This is not a generic warehouse job. In precision manufacturing, shipping and receiving are not just boxes: materials, labels, certifications, packaging, traceability and timing all matter. You will make sure materials, parts, shipments, paperwork and system updates move cleanly through our Dallas factory, and help keep the building running. The right person is organized, reliable and hard-working, and believes no job is too small. What you'll do Receive raw material, tooling, consumables, spares and customer-supplied material, and check it against purchase orders, packing slips and paperwork. Route material to the right place, and flag damaged, incomplete or mislabeled shipments quickly. Package finished precision parts and ship them by UPS, FedEx and freight, following each customer's requirements. Track orders, material and shipments in MasonOS so the system matches the floor. Control material certs, lot numbers, travelers and labels so every part stays traceable, following ITAR, AS9100 and customer requirements as trained. Coordinate parts going to and from outside processors such as anodizing and coating. Keep the factory clean, organized and stocked, and help with building maintenance and general facilities needs. What we're looking for Three or more years in warehouse, shipping, logistics, material handling or manufacturing. Strong organization and attention to detail. Clear written and verbal communication. Willingness to do physical, hands-on work every day: lifting up to 50 lbs and standing and walking for much of the day. Flexibility around shipping deadlines. Comfort learning and using systems such as MasonOS. Nice to have Precision manufacturing, CNC, aerospace or defense experience. UPS, FedEx or freight shipping experience. Military logistics or supply experience. Forklift certification, and ERP, barcode or scanner experience.
