Shipping, Receiving and Facilities Associate Celina, Texas | Full Time | Onsite Position Summary Nordic Pure, Inc., a Texas-based manufacturer of American-made air filters, is seeking a dependable, hands-on Shipping, Receiving, and Facilities Associate to join our team in Celina, Texas. This position combines shipping and receiving responsibilities with equipment operation, general property upkeep, and basic maintenance support. The successful candidate should be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors and handling a variety of responsibilities throughout the workday. We are looking for someone who takes initiative, pays close attention to detail, can be trusted to work independently, and takes pride in completing work correctly and safely. Primary Responsibilities · Receive, inspect, count, label, document, and properly store incoming products, supplies, and materials. · Pick, pack, label, stage, and ship customer orders accurately and on schedule. · Verify shipping documents, quantities, product condition, addresses, carrier requirements, and special instructions. · Maintain organized shipping, receiving, storage, staging, and work areas. · Assist with inventory counts, stock movement, discrepancies, damaged items, returns, and record accuracy. · Coordinate carrier pickups, deliveries, shipments, pallet shipments, and related paperwork as assigned. · Maintain shipping supplies and notify management when materials or equipment require replenishment or service. · Operate assigned warehouse tools and equipment safely and report maintenance or safety concerns. · Operate company vehicles and property equipment, including box trucks, utility vehicles, mowers, and tractors, based on experience, training, and authorization. · Assist with basic equipment repairs and maintenance when within the employee’s knowledge and ability, and report problems that require additional repair or outside service. · Assist with mowing, weed eating, and general property upkeep at company locations as needed. · Follow company safety, security, quality, housekeeping, and product handling requirements. · Communicate shipment delays, inventory issues, damage, equipment problems, and fulfillment concerns promptly. · Support return merchandise authorization processing and other warehouse or facility assignments as needed. · Complete daily priorities and other assigned responsibilities under the direction of management. Qualifications and Attributes · Dependable, trustworthy, self-motivated, and detail-oriented. · Comfortable working independently and taking initiative within assigned responsibilities. · Comfortable performing physical work in both indoor and outdoor environments. · Willing and able to perform a combination of warehouse, shipping, equipment, maintenance, and property upkeep responsibilities. · Experience with shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, equipment operation, landscaping, property maintenance, mechanical work, or another hands-on position is preferred. · Ability to learn company procedures and safely use assigned tools and equipment. · Ability to communicate concerns, delays, damage, equipment issues, and other problems promptly to management. Work Environment This is an onsite position based in Celina, Texas. Work may be performed in warehouse, shipping, receiving, storage, staging, facility, and outdoor property areas.
