Shipping/Receiving

Overview As a Shipping/Receiving team member, you’ll keep warehouse operations moving by receiving, checking, storing, and shipping products accurately. You’ll use warehouse management systems and inventory management software to track stock, process data entry, and support order fulfillment across warehouse distribution and e-commerce channels. Your impact: Accurate inventory and timely shipments help customers and internal teams receive the right products when they need them. Responsibilities Handle shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading deliveries; inspect items and documents for accuracy or damage. Pick, pack, package, and stage orders using an order picker, radio frequency (RF) scanner, forklift, or pallet jack as appropriate. Stock products and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, or material requirements planning (MRP) tools. Support shipping logistics and trade compliance by following applicable international trade regulations and required procedures. Use Microsoft Office and basic math to verify quantities, enter shipment details, resolve routine discrepancies, and provide responsive customer service. Experience Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, inventory management, stocking, order picking, and picking and packing, is preferred. Familiarity with logistics, warehouse distribution, order fulfillment, shipping logistics, or e-commerce is an asset. Experience with inventory management software, warehouse management systems, ERP systems, or MRP tools is preferred; willingness to learn role-specific systems is welcome. Ability to follow safe equipment procedures and handle physical tasks such as moving, loading, and unloading products. Forklift, order picker, RF scanner, and pallet jack experience is helpful; trade compliance or international trade regulations knowledge is also an asset.
