This is a hands-on position that works across both our Production and Shipping departments . The position assists with manufacturing, filling, labeling, packaging, picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. Employees must be comfortable moving between Production and Shipping based on the needs of the business. WHAT YOU’LL DO Production Work on production and packaging lines filling, labeling, capping, packing, and case-packing products. Operate production and packaging equipment as trained and authorized. Assemble and package finished goods according to production specifications. Maintain accurate product and material counts. Inspect products, labels, packaging, and finished goods for quality and accuracy. Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and cleanup. Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), sanitation, safety, and quality procedures. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient production work area. Shipping & Fulfillment Pick customer orders accurately from warehouse inventory. Pack products securely and efficiently for shipment. Verify products, quantities, and shipping information before orders leave the facility. Prepare UPS, FedEx, LTL, and other outbound shipments as assigned. Label, palletize, wrap, and stage shipments for carrier pickup. Assist with loading and unloading shipments. Help identify and resolve order or shipping discrepancies. Maintain a clean and organized shipping and warehouse area. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Dependable and able to maintain consistent attendance and punctuality. Able to work the regular Wednesday–Saturday schedule . Strong attention to detail, particularly when picking orders, counting products, applying labels, and verifying shipments. Able to work efficiently and maintain productivity throughout a 9-hour shift. Comfortable working on a production line and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Able to follow production instructions, work orders, packing lists, shipping documents, and standard operating procedures. Basic math skills for counting, quantities, case packs, and inventory. Able to identify product, quantity, labeling, packaging, or shipping discrepancies. Able to work independently while also working effectively as part of a production or shipping team. Able to safely use pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment after training. Willing and able to move between Production, Shipping, and warehouse duties as business needs change. Previous experience in manufacturing, production, packaging, shipping, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferred . Experience with UPS, FedEx, shipping software, forklifts, or pallet jacks is a plus . PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This is an active, hands-on manufacturing and warehouse position. Employees must be able to: Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift. Frequently bend, reach, push, pull, twist, and perform repetitive movements. Regularly handle, lift, carry, and move boxes, products, and materials. Safely lift and move up to 50 pounds . Perform repetitive hand and arm movements associated with filling, labeling, packing, and order fulfillment. Work safely in a manufacturing, production, and warehouse environment. SCHEDULE & COMPENSATION This is a four-day, 36-hour-per-week position with a regular Wednesday through Saturday schedule .
