Shipping - Picker Packer

Homesick is a division of a privately held, St. Louis-based company that creates high-quality, handcrafted home fragrance and personal care products across multiple brands and product lines. We are seeking a Picker/Packer to join our warehouse team. This position is responsible for accurately picking, packing, labeling, and shipping customer orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Responsibilities: · Pick, verify, pack, label, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently. · Ensure the correct products, branding, and accessories are included with each order. · Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documentation. · Assist with maintaining adequate inventory of packing and shipping supplies. · Assist with tracing and resolving missing shipments. · Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shipping and warehouse area. · Follow all workplace safety procedures and report safety concerns or incidents promptly. · Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications: · High school diploma or equivalent experience. · Previous warehouse or shipping experience preferred. · Familiarity with shipping practices and procedures. · Experience with FedEx Shipping Manager and UPS WorldShip preferred. · Ability to work independently and follow written and verbal instructions. · Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. · Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. · Reliable and flexible; can easily handle a change in priorities. · Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely. Physical Requirements · Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands. · Frequently lift and move cases weighing 10–50 pounds. · Occasionally lift, push, or pull items weighing 50–125 pounds. · Walking distances of 100+ feet. · Standing for extended periods.
