We run daily live auction shows featuring NeeDoh, LamaTama, Squishy Bun, Scrunchems and other collectible toys, and we ship every order the same day from our shop in Southern Oregon. We are growing from one live show a day to three and building the team that makes it happen. Small crew, clear roles, real numbers on the wall. Job Summary We are hiring a Shipping & Packaging Associate to pack, label, and ship every order sold on our daily live Whatnot shows. Each show generates a batch of orders that must go out the same day, packed correctly and labeled accurately. You will work alongside a Live Stream Sales Host as a two-person team, keep the packing station stocked and clean, and make sure nothing sold today is still in the building tomorrow. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role with a clear daily finish line. Responsibilities Build boxes and stock the packing station with inserts, tape, and labels before each show After each show, process all orders in Whatnot Seller Hub: filter the show, consolidate repeat buyers, verify weights and box sizes, generate shipping labels, and print packing slips Pack each order with the correct items, custom inserts, and packing slip; seal and label every box Scan every label in the Seller Hub mobile scanner and confirm each order shows as shipped Schedule the next day's USPS pick-up and stage packages for carrier pickup or drop-off Ship any orders carried over from the previous day at the start of each shift Count packaging materials and shipping labels daily and submit reorder requests before supplies run low Sweep, take out trash, and reset the packing station at the end of each day Target: every order from your team's show packed, scanned, and shipped within 18 hours of the show ending Ensure we are not paying for shipping overages Requirements Attention to detail: correct item, correct weight, correct label, every time Able to work quickly and accurately under a daily deadline Comfortable using a computer, a label printer, and a smartphone scanning app (training provided) Reliable and self-directed; able to follow a written checklist without supervision Preferred Qualifications Experience in shipping, fulfillment, warehouse, e-commerce, or retail stockroom work Familiarity with Whatnot Seller Hub, ShipStation, Pirate Ship, or similar shipping tools Experience with USPS shipping and package weight and dimension requirements Physical Requirements On your feet for most of the shift; lifting and carrying boxes up to 40 pounds; repetitive taping, labeling, scanning, and bending. Schedule Five days per week, eight-hour shifts (40 hours per week). Currently Monday through Friday, day shift, with the shift built around the daily live show schedule. May include Saturday work when needed. Pay and Benefits $16.00 per hour. Paid sick time and Paid Leave Oregon as required by Oregon law. Paid every other week.
