Job description: Shipping Order Selector Location: Hubbard, OH Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour Position Type: Full-Time Dayshift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM *Occasional overtime may be required as job duties demand. JOB SUMMARY Join our warehouse team and help keep products moving. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving order pulling, staging, loading, and maintaining inventory accuracy. Pick, label, and stage materials based on production orders Load and unload raw materials and finished goods Operate pallet jacks, RF scanners, and other equipment Track inventory and complete basic documentation Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe COMPETENCIES High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and be on your feet most of the day Experience in warehouse or production preferred Forklift certification a plus (not required) Strong attendance and communication skills PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE High school diploma or GED Six plus months' work-related experience or training ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Forklift: 1 year SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY This position has no supervisory responsibilities. TRAVEL No travel is expected for this position. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. PHYSICAL DEMANDS The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is very active and requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling and climbing all day. The employee must frequently lift or move items up to 40 pounds daily. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
