Shipping & Order Fulfillment Associate — Watch Studio

Job Summary About the Role Skyrim Wrist is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Shipping & Order Fulfillment Associate to join our watch studio. You will take ownership of daily order fulfillment—from picking and verifying products to packing, shipping, updating records, and completing the end-of-day handoff. We’re looking for someone who follows through, catches mistakes before packages leave, and communicates issues without needing repeated reminders. Responsibilities Review daily orders, shipping priorities, shortages, and special instructions. Pick and verify the correct watch, model, accessories, quantity, customer information, and shipping address for each order. Pack watches carefully and prepare accurate shipping labels and documentation. Coordinate with the studio manager for the required final shipment check. Process priority orders, replacement shipments, and completed after-sales orders. Update tracking numbers, order statuses, and Google Sheets promptly after each shipping batch. Document and report shortages, damage, address problems, customer holds, and other shipping exceptions the same day. Complete one end-of-shift inventory check, record discrepancies, and maintain clearly separated product zones. Keep the shipping and packing areas clean, labeled, and organized. Complete the closing checklist and send a daily handoff covering shipped orders, pending orders, exceptions, shortages, and next-day priorities. Complete additional studio support tasks assigned by the manager. Daily shipping is the primary focus. Inventory checks and closing responsibilities are completed as part of the paid shift. What Success Looks Like At least 99.5% shipping accuracy. At least 98% of eligible orders ready before the daily cutoff shipped the same day, excluding documented holds and exceptions. Timely, accurate tracking and order-status updates. Same-day reporting of shipping issues. A complete closing checklist and clear daily handoff. Consistent follow-through, proactive communication, and an organized workspace. What We’re Looking For Strong attention to detail when handling small products, model numbers, labels, and customer information. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to follow written procedures and checklists consistently. Comfortable using computers, Google Sheets, and shipping software. Ability to prioritize daily work and communicate promptly when something blocks an order. Careful handling of watches and customer-owned items. Previous experience in e-commerce fulfillment, shipping, packing, inventory, or retail operations is preferred. Watch knowledge is a plus. Performance Bonus This role is eligible for a performance bonus of up to $250 every two weeks. Reviews consider shipping accuracy, timely fulfillment, recordkeeping, organization, closing responsibilities, and dependable execution.
