Shipping Operator / Office Assistant

Job Summary Location: Stacy, MN Schedule: Approximately 30 hours per week, Monday–Friday About Us We are a small but growing manufacturing and sharpening company located in Stacy, Minnesota. In 2021, we built a new shop and office, providing our team with a clean, comfortable, and temperature-controlled work environment. With fewer than 10 employees, we take pride in being a close-knit team where everyone plays an important role in our success. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help support our daily shipping and office operations. About the Position This position combines hands-on shipping responsibilities with general office and administrative support. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable multitasking, and able to take ownership of their work. Job Responsibilities Prepare, package, and ship daily orders from our online store. Perform inventory counts and help maintain accurate inventory records. Manage and organize files and office records. Assist with incoming phone calls and general office tasks. Use QuickBooks for invoicing and miscellaneous data entry. Assist with other administrative and operational duties as needed. Qualifications Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively. Comfortable using computers and learning new processes. Ability to work independently while being a supportive member of a small team. Positive attitude and willingness to help with a variety of tasks. Quickbooks experience is preferred Schedule Approximately 30 hours per week. Monday through Friday, with weekends off. Preferred hours are 9:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some flexibility. Includes a 30-minute lunch break and a 15-minute paid break.
