We host events and rent silent disco headphones for parties, corporate events, weddings, festivals, and conferences across the US and Canada. Duties - Managing all shipments in Las Vegas, from packing and fulfillment, making labels, creating pickups - Creating and sending labels to our 3PL and taking over being the main point of contact - Handling returns and processing them in the system - Overseeing the inventory app and ensuring accuracy and compliance from all users - Watching for late orders and notifying the team - Running forecast reports for sales and our 3PL - Handling FedEx support / package research when needed - Reworking equipment and managing support staff - Managing and reordering office/shipping supplies and handling other shipping location procurement requests - Taking over branding requests, including applying and removing branding and UV printing in-house branding - Help with headphone programming and updating - Additional shipping and inventory projects as needed - Optional: handle staff deliveries when needed Requirements - Exceptional computer literacy, including Outlook and Microsoft products (essential) - Experience with FedEx Ship Manager (main shipping tool) - Detail-oriented, with strong time management - Able to lift 50+ lbs - Experience with shipping applications (FedEx experience a plus) - Experience with inventory management - Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle required Benefits - Full-time hourly employees are typically eligible for the full range of company benefits - Paid holidays: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, President's Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day - Paid time off for full-time employees after a 90-day period, then 1 day per month worked until the next calendar year - 401(k) with a safe harbor company match, subject to plan eligibility - Overtime pay at 1.5x for hours over 40 in a workweek How to apply Email resume to Garrett@quietevents.com Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Flexible schedule Paid time off Work Location: In person
