Shipping Manager

Job Summary The Shipping Manager coordinates shipping and warehouse distribution, guiding daily workflows from order preparation through dispatch. This role supports accurate, timely deliveries and clear communication with customers, colleagues, and supply chain partners. Responsibilities Lead and support shipping staff, organize workloads, and coordinate order picking, packaging, and dispatch. Monitor shipping records and operational data using computer systems, Microsoft Office, and relevant ERP or warehouse management systems. Coordinate with purchasing, manufacturing, carriers; address service issues and identify process improvement opportunities. Your impact: Reliable shipping coordination helps customers receive orders accurately and on time. Experience Required: Practical computer skills, clear communication, organization, and time management support effective team coordination, accurate records, and dependable shipping operations. Preferred: Shipping, warehouse management, supply chain, customer service, or team management experience is valuable; familiarity with SAP, AS400, Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Windows, or other ERP systems is an advantage.
