Shipping & Logistics Coordinator (Bilingual Mandarin/English)

About the role We are looking for a full-time Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to handle our day-to-day shipping, receiving, and inventory work. This is a hybrid role: you will be on site in San Marcos on receiving and shipping days, and can work remotely for documentation and coordination tasks. Responsibilities - Ship e-commerce orders: pick, pack, label, and send via UPS / FedEx / USPS; follow up on tracking and delivery issues - Receive inbound shipments from our factory in China (ocean / air): count and check against packing lists, receive into inventory - Coordinate with freight forwarders on import arrival, pickup, and local delivery; arrange LTL freight for larger shipments - Keep inventory counts and in/out records accurate; handle returns - Check carrier invoices and flag any billing errors - Work with our website and online-store team members on order and stock information Requirements - Fluent spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English (required — you will communicate with our factory and forwarders in China) - Authorized to work in the US (no sponsorship); based in the San Diego area and able to come on site in San Marcos on scheduled days - Experience in shipping, warehouse, or e-commerce fulfillment work; familiar with UPS / FedEx / USPS shipping - Experience with Shopify or ShipStation is a plus - Careful with numbers and details; able to lift standard shipping boxes Pay and schedule - Full-time, $3,000 per month, paid on the 15th and the last day of each month - Hybrid schedule: on-site days for receiving/shipping, remote for paperwork and coordination (specific on-site days to be scheduled) Please apply with your resume.
