ConfidentialAbout us The Little Garden of LaBelle is a high-tech hydroponic greenhouse growing basil, lettuce and leafy greens year-round for restaurants and food-service customers. Every case we ship was harvested, washed and packed in our own facility. The role You will own the last step before our product reaches customers: building pallets of finished, boxed product and loading trucks when they arrive. You will report directly to the General Manager. What you will do Build, stack, wrap and label pallets of finished product Load outgoing trucks and receive incoming deliveries on arrival Check counts and paperwork against each order or delivery Post every incoming and outgoing shipment in our team messaging channels as trucks come and go Keep the dock, cooler and staging areas clean, organized and safe Follow food-safety and handling rules for fresh produce What you need Attention to detail — right product, right count, right truck A safety-first mindset Clear, timely communication; comfortable posting updates from a phone or tablet Ability to follow instructions and work on truck schedules Reliable attendance and transportation Able to lift 50 lb repeatedly and work in cool and warm areas Preferred Warehouse, shipping/receiving or logistics experience Pallet jack or forklift experience (we will train and certify) Food, produce or cold-chain experience What we offer A key role in a growing fresh-produce operation Direct line to the General Manager Benefits The Little Garden of LaBelle is an equal opportunity employer.
