Shipping/Logistics Coordinator **Please include salary requirements within application** Must have experience with order entry, allocation, shipping, issuing pick tickets, working with warehouses (3PL) A2000 experience strongly preferred (previous ERP system experience a MUST ) Joor experience a plus Apparel/footwear/accessories experience required Basic EDI experience/knowledge required , experience with in-house EDI a plus Experience shipping to major retailers required, shipping to smaller specialty/boutique stores a plus Experience shipping to both factored and non-factored accounts Experience working with 3PLs, issuing pick tickets, and understanding retailer- spec ific compliance/routing requirements, Must have ability to multi-task, shift priorities, and have experience with working with high order volume Experience working with both inside and outside sales reps Experience processing credit card transactions, issuing RMAs and the like required Customer service experience a plus Ability to analyze and understand inventory Ability to work independently Exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a very hands-on logistics/EDI role within the denim, knitwear, and outerwear/swim spaces. 2025 saw one of our biggest years yet, so the person in this role would need to be comfortable working with a high monthly/annual sales volume. This role will deal with our major retailer, off price, and EDI business as well as boutique/ spec ialty stores and will interface with both our in-house sales team and outside reps based in LA and TX. This role is very fast-paced and the right candidate should be comfortable with some level of customer service, as it may require speaking directly to store owners/buyers, at times. Does NOT need to be an EDI expert but must have some basic EDI knowledge and previous experience handling various transaction types (not all shipping accounts will require EDI). Must be willing to be very hands-on, wear multiple hats, and have the ability to multi-task/shift priorities. The candidate will be expected to take full ownership of the retailer accounts they are assigned to handle, and manage their order lifecycle through completion. It's a dynamic role so the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments (sales, production, finance), and effectively communicate is a MUST. Role is not remote. Candidates with experience with the following are strongly preferred and will be prioritized: Nordstrom, Macy's, Bloomingdale's Off Price Retailers (Ross, TJX, Bealls, Costco, Kmart, etc)
