Shipping/Inventory Lead

Shipping & Inventory Leads / QA Luvu Brands, a fast growing consumer products Manufacturer and etailer is looking for a talented Shipping / Receiving Lead. Responsibilities Shipping Clerk Duties and Responsibilities Obtain and process product orders, including receiving deliveries, inventory management and international containers. Maintain the company stockroom through organizing and cycle counting. Schedule large shipments and plan logistics to ensure that there is sufficient storage space for incoming items and staff on hand to manage the shipments Keep files of goods shipped and received by preparing regular shipping and receiving reports for managers Handle issues arising in shipping or inventory handling Trouble shoots shipping issues and customer complaints that arise and work to solve them Place merchandise in a warehouse or storage facility by packaging, lifting items as necessary, operating forklifts and pallet jacks for large goodsPicking, packing and administrative tasks for three brand lines – B to C, wholesale, drop-ship, E-commerce orders, 3PL operations, international orders, LTL and truckloads · Daily batching, pull groups · Order review, match orders & packing slips · Daily accounting of returned pick tickets · Research tracking issues and lost shipments · Pick, pack, stage, pallet and wrap orders according to SOPs · Proficient scan gun operations · Print labels, custom box labeling for special customers and situations, customs documents · Inventory control and replenishment as needed: put-away, servicing and stocking retail store, cycle count adjustments · Billing: end of day billing, Bills of Lading · Machinery: competence in operating an electric pallet jack, stand-up forklift and cherry picker · Gain product knowledge by studying the brands · General daily housekeeping - QA outbound orders Requirements: 5+ years’ experience shipping warehouse pick / pack operations Experience with shipping software such as World Ship, FedEx, or UPS Efficient and accurate in all warehouse tasks Electric pallet jack and stand-up forklift certified Exceptional attendance and punctuality Willing to grow with company by learning and sharing new skills Work as a team and independently Communicate effectively Computer-savvy Excellent attention to detail Desires a career in shipping, logistics or related field Access to reliable transportation Available 9AM - 6:30 PM Mon - Fri + OT Benefits 14 paid days off per year - unused PTO paid out 7 paid holidays Overtime Medical, dental and vision benefits Opportunity for growth Casual work environment 30% employee discount on company products Reward based on performance About Luvu Brands: Core to our operating principles, we’re bringing sewn products manufacturing back to the USA.
