Through our online store and clinic, we help clients across the country achieve healthier, clearer skin. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Shipping & Fulfillment Coordinator to join our team at our Wheat Ridge, Colorado location. This position plays an important role in our daily e-commerce operations, ensuring that customer orders are packed accurately, shipped on time, and that inventory remains organized and properly stocked. This is a permanent, part-time position, not a temporary or seasonal role. We're looking for someone reliable who enjoys hands-on work, staying organized, and being part of a small, collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Shipping & Order Fulfillment Accurately pick, pack, and ship e-commerce customer orders. Prepare shipping labels and packaging using Shopify and carrier shipping systems. Ensure orders are shipped efficiently and on schedule. Coordinate shipping pickups, deliveries, and logistics with UPS and USPS. Monitor and order shipping supplies to maintain adequate stock. Inventory & Receiving Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming product shipments. Stock products and maintain organized inventory and shelving. Identify and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items. Assist with routine inventory counts and stock organization. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient shipping and storage area. Administrative & Team Coordination Use Shopify to manage and process e-commerce orders. Communicate with team members through Slack. Use Google Docs and Google Sheets for inventory tracking, checklists, and operational tasks. Follow established shipping and receiving procedures. Communicate inventory concerns, shipping issues, and supply needs to management. Coordinate with our customer support team regarding order issues or special shipping instructions. Please note: This is not a customer service position. Customer communications are handled by a separate team. Qualifications & Skills Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Required Skills & Attributes Excellent organizational and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently. Comfortable using computers and learning new software. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to follow established procedures and troubleshoot routine issues. Positive, adaptable attitude and ability to work efficiently in a busy environment. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday. Ability to bend, reach, and retrieve products from shelving. Ability to safely climb and work from a small step ladder to access products stored on higher shelves, with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to perform repetitive packing, stocking, and inventory tasks. Preferred, but Not Required Previous experience in shipping, e-commerce fulfillment, or inventory management. Familiarity with Shopify, UPS, USPS, or similar shipping platforms. Experience using Slack, Google Docs, or Google Sheets. Training on our systems and procedures will be provided. Supervision Received This position receives regular and scheduled check-ins, guidance, and annual performance evaluations from the Online Program Manager or other members of the Leadership Team.
