Your Role: As a Shipping/Fulfillment Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive their orders accurately and on time. From picking products and packing packages to troubleshooting address issues and coordinating with our production team, you'll be the final point of quality control before our products reach our customers' hands. What You'll Be Doing: Sorting through orders and creating batches in Shipstation. Printing pick lists and pulling individual items from our stock room. Packing packages with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy every time. Weighing packages and adjusting details for each shipment. Troubleshooting address problems to ensure packages are delivered to the correct locations. Collaborating closely with our production team to ensure product availability for fulfillment. Printing shipping labels, affixing them to packages, and completing end-of-day paperwork. Notifying USPS or UPS for pickup the next day. What We're Looking For: Physical capability to handle the demands of the job, including moving and twisting while packing boxes. Excellent attention to detail to accurately pack packages and discriminate between similar products. Ability to identify and rectify any product issues before shipment, contributing to our commitment to quality. A collaborative mindset and a willingness to work closely with the team in a family-oriented environment.
