Shipping & Fulfillment Assistant

Do you like organized work, getting the details right, and knowing that an order is ready to reach the right customer? We are expanding into a workspace in Lansing, with expanded operations beginning in November. We’re looking for dependable shipping and fulfillment help to support our growing Whatnot and TikTok live-selling business. Experience is helpful, but dependability, willingness to learn, and the ability to adapt quickly matter most. We provide paid training for the role. WHAT YOU’LL DO Locate and match sold merchandise to the correct orders. Check items, quantities, and order details before packing. Pack merchandise carefully to help prevent damage. Print and apply the correct shipping labels. Identify missing items, mismatches, or condition concerns before orders leave. Keep merchandise, packing supplies, and the shipping area organized. Coordinate with hosts so sold items move accurately from the show to fulfillment. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR Dependable—shows up on time and follows through. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Able to learn new processes and adapt quickly when things change. Comfortable learning basic computer systems and shipping tools. Able to stay organized while handling multiple orders. Willing to ask questions rather than guess. Careful with merchandise and customer information. Open to feedback and committed to improving. Shipping, warehouse, inventory, retail, or order-fulfillment experience is helpful, but prior shipping experience is not required. Paid training is provided. PAY Starting compensation is $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. AVAILABLE SHIFTS Daytime: 10 AM–4 PM, seven days per week. Evening: 8 PM–midnight, Saturday–Thursday. Friday: 9 PM–1 AM Saturday. Saturday morning: 8 AM–2 PM. We are hiring across multiple shifts. You do not need to be available seven days a week or work both daytime and evening shifts. Tell us which shifts you can consistently cover. LOCATION On-site at our workspace in Lansing. This is an order-fulfillment position supporting online sales.
